  1. Placing an Order:
    • To place an order for card printing and designing services, customers can visit our website at mommyprint.com and select the desired product.
    • Customers can customize their order by choosing the quantity, paper type, finish, and other relevant options.
    • Once the order details are finalized, customers can proceed to the checkout page to complete the payment process.
  1. Payment:
    • Payment for card printing and designing services is required in full at the time of booking.
    • We accept payment via credit card, debit card, or other online payment methods available on our website.
    • All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of taxes and other applicable fees.
  1. Order Confirmation:
    • Upon successful completion of the payment process, customers will receive an order confirmation email containing the details of their order.
    • Customers are advised to review the order confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies.

 

  1. Design Approval:
    • For customized card designs, customers will receive a digital proof of the design via email within 1-2 business days.
    • Customers are required to review the design proof carefully and approve it for printing.
    • Any changes requested after approval may incur additional charges and delay the production process.
  1. Production and Delivery:
    • Once the design is approved, production of the cards will commence.
    • The standard production time for card printing and designing services is 7 working days after approval.
    • Customers can choose their preferred shipping method at checkout. Shipping fees will be calculated based on the delivery location and shipping method selected.
  1. Cancellation and Refunds:
    • Cancellation of an order can be made within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that production has not yet commenced.
    • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 72 hours after cancellation and will be issued to the original payment method.
    • Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled, and refunds will not be provided except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.
